What does bagged or bundled green waste mean?

The Maricopa County Environmental Services Department’s transfer stations accept bagged or bundled green waste.

Logs and branches must be less than 3 feet long and less than 3 inches in diameter. All green waste must be bundled or placed in black plastic garbage bags. You may use rope, twine, or wire to bundle the material together; bundles must not exceed 50 pounds. There is no limit on the amount of bagged or bundled green waste accepted. Customers will be charged based on the type of load (e.g., car, truck trailer).

Please visit our website to review our quarterly bulk collection schedule for larger pieces of green waste.
