The Maricopa County Planning and Development Department will soon have a new home alongside other county services in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Planning and Development is relocating to a new physical location while offering more online options than ever!
The office currently located at 501 N. 44th Street will be permanently closed at the end of business on Thursday, March 25. Effective Monday, March 29, the main office will be located at 301 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
As of March 1, the Planning and Development Department has gone paperless. Permit applications and payments can be submitted online through our virtual counter.
